![]() ![]() Two days after our stay, I called and told them I never got my Folio. When we checked out we were told our Folio would be emailed to me right away. We called the Front Desk to ask where we could print out our Boarding Passes on our last day and were told there is no printer in house for guests. Also there is no directory of services in the room, not even a pen and pencil. No additional bottled waters were provided, no new coffee pods and no bath mat when you step out of the shower, either. If that's the case why does the notice card that you hang on your doorknob say, ".Staff members will enter your room on a daily basis?" Why would anyone enter my room if not to clean it? There are no drinking glasses in the room, only two small bottled waters the first day. When there was no Housekeeping the next day we called and were told you have to request it. We got Housekeeping the first day albeit it at 9:30pm without asking for it. I think it is reasonable to have a few basic expectations. How would we know that? We were paying almost $500 per night. There is no Housekeeping unless you request it. Morty's, Lorenzo Pizza, Sangkee and Guy Fieri's Taco Joint are just food court options where you go up and get your food on a tray and bring it back to an open-air table and eat it with plastic knives and forks. Guy's Burger Joint is closed permanently. Only three (3) are real food service restaurants. Hotel website lists eight (8) restaurants on property.
